Why nature based?

Spending time outdoors is proven to enhance children’s cognitive abilities, improve academic performance, and self-discipline, reduce Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) symptoms and illness, improve nutrition and social relations, reduce stress, and increase physical activity.

What is play based Learning?

Play-based learning provides opportunities for young learners to organize, construct, manipulate, explore, pretend, create, interact, imagine, negotiate, and make sense of their world.

What is a playscape?

A playscape helps children connect with nature and is designed to be imaginative and playful. Little Fliers’ playscape will be made of natural elements like trees, stumps, logs, sand, water, loose parts, and foliage. Studies show natural playscapes encourage more active play, lead to extended playtime, and offer more opportunities for creativity.
