  • Flight Plan

    Your child’s transition from home to Little Fliers is a high priority for us. At enrollment parents/guardians create a “Little Fliers’ Flight Plan” for their child. Each child’s Flight Plan will have child specific information. This information will be shared with your child’s primary caregiver to ensure quality care.

  • Daily Child Reports

    Daily at pick-up you will receive a report on your child's fun-filled day at Little Fliers Childcare and Development Center. Daily reports are one way caregivers are able to connect with parents/guardians and keep you informed about your child’s meals, rest and sleep schedule, diapering, learning milestones, fun stories, and more!

  • Learning Spaces

    Little Fliers is excited to offer a traditional playground, nature playscape, children’s garden, and indoor gross motor play space. All our learning spaces will encourage children to explore, discover, and create.

  • Staff Requirements

    ⦁ Undergo comprehensive background check with fingerprinting

    ⦁ TB tested

    ⦁ Trained in CPR, First Aid, Blood-Borne Pathogen, Shaken Baby & Infant Safe Sleeping, and Abuse & Neglect

    ⦁ Ongoing professional development
